JIRACOR participates in the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 8(a) Pool, providing federal agencies with an established contract vehicle for acquiring JIRACOR's professional and engineering services.

Eligible requirements may be awarded through the MAS 8(a) Pool using competitive 8(a) procedures or, when applicable requirements are satisfied, an 8(a) sole-source order.

    Confirm JIRACOR's current MAS 8(a) status and applicable designation in GSA eLibrary.

    Confirm Scope

    Determine that the requirement falls within the scope of an awarded JIRACOR MAS Special Item Number (SIN). The applicable NAICS code alone does not establish MAS scope.

  3. 03

    Complete Agency Acquisition Planning

    Finalize the SOW/PWS, funding, Government estimate, market research, security/access requirements, and other required acquisition documentation in accordance with applicable agency procedures.

    Determine the Appropriate 8(a) Ordering Approach

    Determine whether the requirement will be acquired through competitive 8(a) procedures or whether the applicable requirements for an 8(a) sole-source order are satisfied.

  5. 05

    Complete SBA Coordination When Required

    For a MAS 8(a) sole-source order, the ordering Contracting Officer must complete the required order-level SBA offer and acceptance process before award.

  6. 06

    Request and Evaluate JIRACOR's Proposal

    Request JIRACOR's technical and price proposal, conduct the required evaluation, determine price reasonableness, and issue the task order in accordance with applicable GSA, SBA, FAR/agency procedures.
