Through these efforts, JIRACOR has supported the modernization and sustainment of training systems through hardware production, system integration, technical refresh, obsolescence management, upgrades, and lifecycle support.
Stryker Maintenance Training System (MTS)
Integrated Training Systems, Logistics, Reliability & System Safety Support
JIRACOR served as a lead subcontractor supporting the U.S. Army Stryker Maintenance Training System (MTS) Phase V program, working with prime contractor OASIS Advanced Engineering, Inc. in support of the Army's Product Manager for Virtual Training Systems (PdM VTS).
JIRACOR provided multidisciplinary support spanning program management, integrated logistics support, reliability, system safety engineering, configuration management, risk management, manufacturing, and lifecycle sustainment.
Our work supported multiple Stryker training configurations, including Mobile Gun System (MGS), Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM), and Mortar Carrier training systems, as well as Hands-On Trainers (HOTs), Part Task Trainers (PTTs), inventory support, spare parts provisioning, and tactical cable modifications.
Disciplines Performed
System Safety & Engineering
JIRACOR performed system safety engineering activities including Safety Assessments, Health Hazard Assessments, and System Safety Hazard Analyses. Our team participated in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), maintained the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), supported configuration management, and proactively managed program and technical risks throughout execution.
Manufacturing & Integration
JIRACOR fabricated build-to-print cable assemblies and wiring harnesses supporting the Stryker MTS effort. Activities included technical review of manufacturing drawings, resolution of engineering discrepancies, inventory management, hardware production, and end-to-end logistics coordination.
Training Mission
The Stryker MTS provides maintenance training supporting the Army's 91S Military Occupational Specialty, covering vehicle operation, symptom verification, troubleshooting, fault isolation, adjustment, servicing, and removal and replacement of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs).
