8(a) Sole-Source Acquisition Pathway

Federal agencies may use the SBA 8(a) Program for eligible sole-source and competitive acquisitions. The applicable threshold is determined by the NAICS code assigned by the Government to the specific acquisition.

A DoD-Wide Pathway for Manufacturing, Integration & Test Support

JIRACOR's Manufacturing & Integration (M&I) Single-Award IDIQ provides a flexible contracting vehicle for Department of Defense organizations with test instrumentation, test range, training range, modernization, and related infrastructure requirements. The vehicle can support Army Program Executive Offices, Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), Navy, Air Force, Joint test organizations, and other DoD customers with related requirements.

Through individual delivery orders, customers can acquire engineering, manufacturing, systems integration, testing, spares and repair, periodic maintenance, system training, component procurement, hardware and software, installation, system upgrades, maintenance, shipping, receiving, storage, and logistics support.

The vehicle supports requirements ranging from equipment and component procurement to integrated modernization efforts involving design, development, integration, testing, installation, fielding, and lifecycle support.
