in Federal 8(a) Contract Awards
JIRACOR has received more than $21 million in Federal contract awards through the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program, demonstrating established experience executing Government requirements through the 8(a) acquisition pathway.
8(a) Sole-Source Acquisition Pathway
Federal agencies may use the SBA 8(a) Program for eligible sole-source and competitive acquisitions. The applicable threshold is determined by the NAICS code assigned by the Government to the specific acquisition.
Eligible acquisitions may be considered for an 8(a) sole-source award subject to applicable SBA acceptance, FAR requirements, agency procedures, responsibility, and fair-market-price requirements. Not every requirement qualifies and award is not automatic.
