Lifecycle Logistics & IPS
Integrated Product Support planning, maintenance concept development, DMSMS management, supply chain operations, and technical data package support.
Program Management
End-to-end program execution for DoD and FMS contracts. Schedule management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk management across multi-year defense programs.
Manufacturing & Assembly
Precision fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance for training systems and defense hardware. Hands-on technical work in a production environment.

Open Positions
JIRACOR is actively hiring across engineering, logistics, and program management disciplines. All positions are based in Orlando, Florida unless otherwise noted.
Systems Engineer
Support technical refresh and systems integration efforts across aviation and ground platform programs. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, hardware/software integration, test planning, and technical documentation.
Logistics Analyst
Support Integrated Product Support planning, supply chain analysis, DMSMS assessments, and maintenance concept development for Navy and Army programs.
Program Manager
Lead execution of DoD contracts from award through closeout. Manage schedule, cost, and performance baselines. Coordinate with government customers, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.
Simulation Systems Technician
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot simulation-based training devices. Support fielding activities, acceptance testing, and on-site technical assistance for military training programs.
Technical Writer / ILS Analyst
Develop and maintain technical data packages, maintenance manuals, and ILS documentation for defense systems. Experience with MIL-SPEC documentation standards preferred.
Manufacturing Technician
Perform precision assembly, fabrication, and quality inspection of training system hardware. Work from engineering drawings and assembly procedures in a production environment.
Internships & Early Career Opportunities
JIRACOR offers internship and entry-level opportunities for students and recent graduates pursuing careers in systems engineering, logistics, program management, and defense technology. Early career team members work alongside experienced engineers and program managers on real programs — not isolated projects.
We look for candidates with strong technical foundations, a desire to learn defense systems, and the drive to contribute from day one. Internships are available on a rolling basis and may lead to full-time positions.

Support systems integration, test, and technical documentation on active programs. Ideal for junior or senior engineering students.

Assist with supply chain analysis, maintenance planning, and ILS documentation. Ideal for logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering students.
