Why JIRACOR

Work That Has Consequence

Every program at JIRACOR connects directly to warfighter readiness. Our engineers design and sustain training systems used by Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and international partner nation crews. Our logistics analysts keep supply chains moving so aircraft, vehicles, and ships stay operational. Our program managers coordinate complex, multi-year defense contracts that demand precision and accountability.

We are a small company with a large footprint — working across simulation, lifecycle logistics, technical refresh, foreign military sales, and integrated product support. That breadth means JIRACOR team members develop expertise across disciplines and programs, not just a narrow slice of one contract.

Mission-Driven Work

Every project supports warfighter readiness — from simulation systems to lifecycle logistics to technical refresh programs.

Cross-Discipline Growth

Work across engineering, logistics, program management, and manufacturing. JIRACOR's breadth creates broad career development.

Collaborative Teams

Small teams, direct access to leadership, and a culture where technical expertise is respected and developed.

Meaningful Programs

Support programs for the U.S. Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and international FMS partners.
