A streamlined contracting mechanism for eligible international requirements
JIRACOR holds FMS Direct Select authority, enabling U.S. government implementing agencies and partner nations to contract directly with JIRACOR for qualifying requirements without a full competitive solicitation. This pathway reduces acquisition lead time, simplifies case execution, and allows faster response to urgent partner nation needs.
FMS Direct Select is particularly well-suited for follow-on support, technical refresh, spares replenishment, and training system sustainment where JIRACOR's existing program knowledge provides a clear performance advantage. Our team works closely with DSCA, the implementing agency, and the partner nation to structure cases that meet all regulatory requirements while delivering maximum value.
